RemoveNoise (removenoise.site) is an online tool that removes background noise from audio and video using AI speech isolation. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

• Media files you upload — audio or video used only to process your noise-removal job. Files are stored temporarily and auto-deleted (typically within 24 hours).
• Anonymous usage ID — a browser cookie/local identifier for free-tier rate limits when you are not signed in.
• Account data — if you register: email, name, and profile fields you provide; authentication data via our auth provider.
• Billing metadata — plan, credits, and payment status handled by third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical logs — request timestamps, error codes, job status, file size/type, and approximate usage metrics needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use information

• Process uploads with AI noise removal / voice isolation and return results
• Enforce free-tier limits, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Provide accounts, history, credits, and customer support
• Process payments and send transactional emails when configured
• Comply with law and protect the service from fraud or misuse

We do not sell your media files or use private uploads to train public marketing models. Processing may use third-party AI providers solely to complete your requested job.

• AI audio isolation providers used for speech/noise separation

5. Retention

Uploaded source and result files are temporary. Job artifacts are deleted after a short retention window (about 24 hours unless a paid plan history setting says otherwise). Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal/accounting purposes.

We use essential cookies for session, locale, and free-tier limits. Optional analytics cookies are used only when analytics is configured.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of account data. Contact us via the support channel on the site. You may close your account; media files still follow the temporary retention schedule.

RemoveNoise is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not upload content involving minors without lawful authority.
